Really disappointed. Pre ordered lunch for the office as a treat. When I went to pick it up I was told I had to wait in the queue even though it was ready. Three staff working and one appeared to just be taking orders and money so wasnt sure why I just couldnt tap my card quickly and be on my way! Waited 25 minutes in the queue so by the time I got back to work (very close by) the food was cold and soggy. The bacon was hardly cooked. Very disappointing experience.
