Whilst various firms may offer asbestos testing for classic automobiles, I choose EMS every time since not only are they prompt, efficient and thorough but their accreditation is recognised globally. Most recently I required an asbestos check to export a classic car to Australia at relatively short notice; and aided by the super-efficient Lucy Harris (Big shout out to her!), I was able to designate a day, time and a specific garage to which their expert was despatched to inspect the vehicle. Once the samples had come in as negative and aware of the short turnaround, Lucy herself then contacted me to give me the all-clear ahead of the formal report, which was not only of course a relief but allowed me to confirm shipping immediately. Having used EMS before, I know the formal report will be accepted verbatim, meaning that I won't get stung for additional tests at the other end, which can sometime amount to literally thousands... And all this for a reasonable fee, peace of mind and wonderful service with a professional team. A no-brainer really! Thank you EMS, thank you Lucy!
