Fantastic surgery. Have always had my prescriptions issued as needed and been able to get appointments in a timely manner when needed. Also they are really fast at responding to online queries and requests. They are obviously very busy, but have always been nothing but kind and helpful to me. The nurse that did my smear was also fantastic as well - I literally didnt feel any discomfort at all, and they chased me to have smear when I hadnt booked it on time. Thank you so much for being awesome in the currently overburdened healthcare system.

Honestly not a bad GP surgery. Pretty old school and caring, not like the service you'd get with HMG despite the fact they have 12,000 patients! Never have to wait too long when you're calling, appointments if they're necessary are made promptly. Got a few minor issues sorted with a quick phone consult, and an appointment with the physio the following week which had me back on my feet in no time. Got a follow up letter to make sure I felt I didn't need any more care a few weeks after I got sorted

Tried to get an urgent appointment, got offered a doctor call later in the day. Doctor couldn't get through as I have bad signal in my house. The same bad signal prevented me from being able to be heard on the phone when ringing back to explain the situation. Went into the surgery to ensure I could have a coherent conversation. The receptionist suggested I have the phone call with the doctors in a public space... was asked to wait in the waiting area, a doctor came down to get another patient, they openly admitted they had a cancellation so could see this patient early, yet I was not offered the empty slot which I couldn't have over the phone... not best pleased.
