        Appointment came through quickly .doctor Powell very proffessional explaining everything .excellent service from reception through to leaving and letter sent as promised to confirm treatment .Thank you

        Husband had skin biopsy at Gaol Street, performed by Dr Eke, staff very considerate, never felt anything, so far no problems with skin, can only say, Thank You to all concerned for your kindness & consideration

        Rang today with servere face swelling, high temp, clear infection which is getting worse and worse. Spoke to receptionist who was horrific , rude, not helpful. I understand theres no appointments available but she refused to even offer basic advice on what to do now. I even suggested I go to a&e where she informed me was pointless. Was just rude and obnoxious. Ive never felt this much pain, the densits here are ok from past experience if you can get past the horrible receptionist. Clearly in the wrong job
