they said it would take an hour, 5 hours later im still waiting here for my food. terrible service

me and my friend went in there recently, we had to sit ourselves after waiting around 5 minutes to be seated, after not receiving any menus either i had to get menus not just for me and my friend but also for other customers i had mingled with, after we went up to the counter to actually order, and the employees took far too long to actually take our order, we were waiting there for 5 minutes just to be served. only one staff doing actual work and the other two staff members just on there phones, distasteful service.
