Probably my favourite shop in Hereford for country inspired apparel. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Be mindful they have locations directly opposite each other

Ordered a brabant bin advertised on their site only to be emailed to say it wasn't actually in stock and would I like yo wait on it coming into stock to which I agreed. The bin subsequently arrived and I unpacked it to find it was faulty the lid wouldn't stay closed. I phoned immediately to be informed that I needed to send them a video of the fault. This isn't easy for an older person to do and on top of that I see that I will probably have to pay the cost of posting their faulty goods back. Not very happy

Saddened to say I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I bought some Le Chameau boots from Phillip Morris, and they leaked. The team advised me to send my boots back, which I did, way back in November. Within a week, I had an email back from "The Testing Team" saying that they had stood my boots in a bucket of water and found no leak, so they were sending them back to me. The boots DID leak, so I wasn't prepared to accept this. After 4 telephone conversations with various staff members, I was getting nowhere, with 2 of them claiming I was making it up! And, despite them having my money, I had no boots for winter either! Eventually someone agreed to send them back to the manufacturer for more rigorous testing, but not before telling me it was a waste of time and was costing them money to post them! The manufacturer immediately found the leak/fault in the boots, and instructed Phillip Morris to provide a replacement or refund. Phillip Morris has now sent me replacement boots, but have never apologised for refusing to believe they leaked in the first place! The whole thing has taken 3 months to sort, and 2 of those months were because Philip Morris were refusing to help me! I have no problems with Le Chameau, they have been great, and acted quickly and professionally. Their boots are well worth the money, this is the first pair of Chameau boots that I've had an issue with, and I have had 4 pairs of chameaus over the years! Just don't buy them from Phillip Morris because if you have a problem, they are very unhelpful and actually quite rude!
