Honestly terrible. I was told to call at 9am & have been left on hold multiple times. It almost seems as if the phone lines are completely off. Im disgusted. Getting a dentist appointment is harder than flying to mars at this point.

Excellent service. Was suffering with tooth pain and trying to manage with painkillers but called when it got too much. Got an appointment for the same day. Seen by a lovely lady dentist and two assistants who were all great. Explained everything and extracted a wisdom tooth. Good follow up advice. Cannot fault the service. Thanks very much!

I had called up on behalf of my partner for an exposed nerve in a cracked tooth. Receptionist was rude and not trained properly. Then to get any forther, we had to take photos of said tooth. What happened to the equality act? Having to prove theres an issue is atrocious, i will be making a formal complaint plus taking further action with my legal team in regards to breaches in legislation. For an emergency service to treat people in such a way and in time of need, while blaming traffic or funding (reported by media) is not good enough. Why take a job in such a position if you can't handle the pressure. Such a rude team. They tried and failed to give incorrect answers or service to the wrong individual and they will face the consequences. They deserve no stars and all sacking. Professional my a**

I rang at 8.30am on Monday morning after suffering all weekend, I had been removed from the list at my own dentist. Receptionist was very helpful and I was given an appointment at 10am despite the clinic being very busy. I was seen by very kind and friendly dentist and assistant, had my tooth removed and out by 10.30am. Thanks to all of the staff at the Gaol Street Dental centre. Phil Andrews.

Had a tooth extracted today by Miss Scott who was amazing, very reassuring and calmed my nerves. Yes I had to wait a few months for appointment but had antibiotics, xray and extraction for less cost than a 2 minute check up with a private dentist. Receptionist was also very helpful when my daughter was suffering from tooth ache and even called my her dentist to insist they saw her.
