Terrible service, spent 2 hours today on hold as no1 in the Que, left a message this morning with no call back all day. only to be told a 11 year old child with a cracked incisorwill have to wait until April to be seen (treated in the last 18 months but no record on file!) absolutely horrendous.

Shambolic at best. I turned up at 3pm to be told my appointment at 3.10 had been cancelled for a broken chair, I understand things happen but nothing was facilitated to accommodate me in another chair or their sister practise at commercial road. Just that I would have to wait a month for a cracked tooth to be seen to. I did try and get an appointment at their commercial road branch the same day to be met with nothing but hostility from the receptionist. Due to the customer service being absolutely non existent at both my dentist branches, with staff that appear to be struggling under pressure I have now gone private and my cracked tooth was sorted within days. I now have a practise that honours their clients time which is absolutely paramount to me as time is a juggling act for myself and my business which is under extreme pressure also.

I went for the same tooth in May and September for root canal refelling and got no treatment(although the teeth were treated in this clini) the Doctors are absolutely not interested in fulfilling the Hippocratic Oath!!! I finally went to a private clinic yesterday. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Shocking treatment to all customers. Rude staff and poor attitude towards patients. Constantly cancelling appointments and always running late
