        Disappointing service. No effort to deliver my parcel.

        Parcel ordered and paid for 48hr delivery. Was sent text that it was due 2 days later Wednesday 5th April. Parcel didn't turn up, no tracking info. Phoned Royal mail and was told it had not cleared Tipton but should be overnight and arrive Thursday 6th April. No info available so this time went to local Hereford sorting office for info was told it was still in Tipton. Good Friday no-one working, Saturday 8th April still no sign Easter sunday, Bank holiday monday came and went finally turned up a week late.
