Awful service. Said I missed delivery when I was in the lounge waiting. Now it is at the depot and it is heavy. Not the first time they've not bothered to even try and deliver.

Used DPD three times. Each time they've said "No one was in today. Please collect your parcel from your nearest DPD store." ... except we were home all day and no one approached our door. Very poor service.

Everywhere else wouldn't take my parcel, Finally managed to get it on its way , thanks to the , frankly, fabulous David , thank you !

Problem with item not being delivered, so rang up Rotherwas depot and immediately spoke to a helpful gentleman who later rang me back and arranged for item to be delivered the same day. Excellent service. Issue easily resolved. Many thanks
