        Needed a CPU replaced and extra RAM added since I didn't want to stress over doing it myself. Was told to bring it in for 10am, arrived and owner was asleep. Was then told he'd look at it that day, but when I rang at 6:15pm (after hearing nothing) I was told it'd be done later that night or first thing the next day. I rang up again at ~12:30pm the next day asking after it and was told he'd only just began working on it. I then collected my PC at 8pm that day only to find the RAM was not correctly installed when I got home. Lacking on people skills as he basically shut the door on me as soon as I got outside. I don't expect the job to be done in an instant, however a 30 minute job that I was told would be done "today" took around 36 hours. CPU was installed correctly at least, however RAM was not.
