The most refreshing experience I've had with a company in a long while. I ordered a watch from them (which came with free next day delivery), however, due to an unfortunate courier error, there was a mistake with my order. I rang Level Peaks up and explained the situation and they couldn't be any more sincere and helpful. They were upmost apologetic regarding an issue that they weren't personally responsible for and kept in personal contact with me to update me every step of the way. Their customer services was by far the best I have received in a long time which was pleasant to see. At first I was weary due to the great prices on offer and my lack of awareness of this company, however I can now confidently say that this company is one which I will frequent more often.
