Amazing service provided from Hartwell absolutely 5* Bought a car here, the process was so easy and Peter Gregory at the Hereford branch was amazing, he went above and beyond and was super helpful, he was very patient with all my questions and always tried his best to help and made us feel so comfortable... definitely recommend Hartwell!!

Just bought a Tesla model 3 from Kuda at Hartwell. He was such a delight to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble for him. He's a man that obviously loves his job and more importantly his customers. I'd recommend Kuda and Hartwell in a heartbeat. Top marks!

What an amazing service. As soon as I was in the yard looking at cars, Peter G came out to greet and help me. He, and all the other friendly and kind staff, bent over backwards to ensure I had a car within the 24 hours. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.

After ringing around some garages looking for a mobilty car, I finally spoke with a lovely guy called kuda who was very helpful and so we arranged for us to come in the next day so we could talk about a car, we were interested in. I was very nervous and anxious and wasnt sure what to expect but kuda was so lovely and made me feel at ease and excited about getting a car. He was very helpful and went through the whole process and helped if I needed any questions answered. He was very polite, helpful and we was greeted with a smile. I was so excited to get my new car and within a few days I had a call to say my new car had arrived. I was so happy and he went through everything with me and showed me all I needed to know about the car. We are very happy customers. Thank you kuda at hartwell ford.
