        First time visit last week for a recall. Not very impressed as having picked up car the next day, I had to turn back to the garage as it was underivable, due to the steering wheel not centred properly.

        Our experience of dealing with Listers Landrover Hereford is always 10/10 their knowledge & customer care is wonderful. Jack who we ordered the car with was professional and nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process very enjoyable.

        Listers service poor and new Land Rover delivered with fault. The dealer took an order and deposit for a car they couldn't deliver and I ended up accepting a lower spec car to get delivery which was then subject to multiple delays and turned up after 15 months. When the vehicle arrived it had a fault and after roadside assistance failed to fix the fault it is back at dealer.
