Ssangyong Hereford - Hereford Motor Group Ltd

Wish to give 0 stars but can't. Time wasters, avoid this company at all costs my plan was to buy Ssangyong Turismo. I spoke to Mr Ian over the phone, being told that the car is in excellent condition. I also mentioned that I'm 3 hours away and don't want to waste my time for nothing. He confirmed to me that the car was super clean, full service history and has been serviced. Car had one owner and done 48000 miles. The car was 1522 above market price. So I assumed that everything was perfect about it. What I found out when I came there: During all the time of the car's history it has only 2 stamps. The last one was in 2019 then the car had 19141 miles after that no records whatsoever. At the moment the engine is not even working properly. The entire car was covered in small scratches. There were 2 dents on the bonnet between the headlights and bumper there is a gap. You can see that the car was in an accident. All tires are different from each other. And this car's overall price is 15000. And Mr Ian's opinion is that the car is perfectly clean. And if I don't like it's my opinion and he would buy that car for that price !!! So overall I spent all day and nearly 100 on my journey expenses not to mention 3 trains and taxi just to go one way. I would never recommend to buy anything from that company "Ssangyong Specialist Dealers" especially Mr Ian in particular.

Once again the customer service is absolutely five star. This is the forth car I've had the pleasure to purchase from and they never fail to deliver. From Sales team to Service team nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. This time I had to take a change in manufacturer but having complete trust in the team have been well pleased with the outcome. Would I go there again without any doubt. Here they treat you as a person and for me thats 100%, Highly recommended.
