Unfortunately, I cant leave a better rating. This is the third time weve dined here and was hoping third time lucky, however, the experience yet again has been similar to the previous which has been a let down. The staff are young and have no idea what theyre doing. we waited for our drinks that had been left on the inner bar, yet paid for, for about 10 minutes until we manage to get the girls attention because she was serving other customers. They seemed oblivious! Literally half of the menu was sold out (both on mains and tapas) so we had to throw a very mix matched lot of tapas together to make something of a meal (7 people on our table and some with dislikes/intolerances which made this really quite hard). The food lacked quality and seemed dashed together out of the freezer and into a microwave, we assumed (ie, hummus and dry breadasked for olive oil and didnt receive). So I ended up with dry bread, chips, and dried out meat balls. I cannot say this is something Id eat anywhere and was really disappointed.
