Ryan at Halfords in Hereford was amazing when I came in with a broken baby car seat. An absolute lifesaver! He managed to detach the seat and help me out - all at 7pm in the evening. Im so grateful.

Not happy ordered grandaughters bike for her birthday which was due to arrive built for day the 4th may .took payment on the 2nd of may just called Helford s to find out when l can collect today, but now they tell me not untill Wednesday has they have lots of bikes to put together very unhappy with outcome no present for my grandaughter.if l was told this in the shop when l purchase d it l would have gone somewhere else. Just received a text with thanking me for my purchase to day what a joke

Served by Ryan who carried out a wholly professional and friendly (better than the guy on the desk who was miffed I hadnt taken my battery off and brought it in -wait over there. Itll be 25 minutes) swap over of a faulty battery originally supplied by Halfords with a 5 year warranty. No quibbling or battling or trying to get out of replacing it. Great service by Ryan, thanks. Halfords - shame the 5 year warranty doesnt transfer to the new battery. Old one failed after 3 years. I now only get 2 years warranty with a brand new 5 year warrantied battery! Shame.

Superb service by Ryan today in Hereford fitting 2 brake lights at short notice. An excellent ambassador for Halfords with a can do attitude that you'd want in your business. Thank you legend.
