I have to say EMS were a service provider to me in a previous business, their service and professional approach made them my 1st contact when at my new employer. This is when things started to slide and was a total contrast to my previous exceptional experience. I completed on an line request twice, then called 4 occasions, I e-mail many people as well as escalating but with Zero feedback or any type of communication and nothing worse than shocking. We have subsequently used West Mercia Air Conditioning - who have completed the service required yesterday.

EMS have recently taken onboard our contract with the first couple of weeks testing their ability. It is great to be working with a company with excellent service engineers together with a team in their offices backing up their engineers. So far we have no complaints and look forward in working with EMS. Moving across to an alternative provider on a site with large amounts of equipment involves a great deal of investment by ourselves. The services engineers since starting the contract, rectified a fault on our GEA AHU to which we have had endless issues since install and our alternative contractor have not been able to fix. We can only hope things continue. We will update over the next 8-12 months...
