My last (differently branded) lace up rubber boots gave me plantar fasciitis and perished then fell to pieces within 24 months. I bought these Harris boots because of 1) Customer feedback that orthotic insoles comfortably fit and 2) the steel shank in the sole. They totally match up to expectations. Excellent product.

A real test for my new Dryboots today. Eight miles through long wet grass and sucking mud, particularly around stiles and gates. Some fields were partially under water. But the Dryboots coped with it all. I didnt slip over at all and the weight of the boots helped my balance too. Completely dry feet and all the mud washed off under the outside tap! A bonus is the comfort. I didnt expect that from a rubber boot. Well done, Harris Dryboot! Its fantastic to find something that really works. X

Perfect boot for walking, great all rounder, kept my feet dry when walking through a stream, highly recommend them.

Appalling customer service. Requests for a refund of a faulty Harris boot have been repeatedly denied. The staff have insisted on testing the product in house and they say there is no fault and have returned the boots to me, insisting that it must be my feet that are excessively sweaty and that I may not be tying my shoelaces properly. Its beyond words. I don,t have sweaty feet and I would recognise the difference between a damp sock and a sock suddenly wet everytime you walk in wet grass. Really, come on The Customer is Always Right, No quibble returns, Statutory Rights. This company need to do the right thing. Very disappointed. I wish I could rate them zero. Great shame since I,ve had this product before. I,m unlikely to buy them again, especially direct from The Dry Boot Company.
