Was in the Esso garage/ Tesco Express on Teignmouth Road, Torquay today. A man wearing a GM Coachworks jacket obviously had a problem - I think the shop had an issue with one card payment machine. Rather than switching to another, & unwilling to complete a non-payment' form, he displayed an extremely impatient, unpleasant manner & bordering on abusive attitude. In my opinion, his behaviour was extremely unpleasant, such as to bring the company name into disrepute. My wife is disabled, & should we at anytime in ghe future require an adapted vehicle, then using this company would be a last resort
