        Great response to my email question and parts deleivered next working day. Also asked for an Drawing for the heater so I could see where the parts go and that was provided. One happy customer.

        So, i bought the Wilms EL3 heater from this company, it arrived undamaged. When using it, i found that i could breathe warmer air that what this heater was outputting; unhappy with the performance of this product, i decided to call Wilms up to arrange a refund (within 24hours of the arrival of this heater), the customer services representative said that they could refund the machine but will have to charge me 30% of its value as a handling fee! (Over 100) clearly they must have Beyonce working in the returns department to be charging so much. Overall not happy with the service or the product they advertise as a heater (more like an overpriced fan), wouldnt buy from them again, feel like ive been scammed.
