      • Get On Your Mat - Live Vibrantly!

        I love teaching Yoga classes, workshops and day retreats at this beautiful studio it's a gorgeous tranquil hidden gem in the middle of Henley Town Centre. I also love attending Carlin's & Steve's yoga classes who bring breathwork, brilliant sequencing and guided relaxation - thanks so much X

        Nice place with friendly atmosphere. Participated vinyasa lesson with Karen and really enjoyed the strong and original flow. Loved the balancing poses. Thank you!
