        What a lovely experience from start to finish. We popped in to the Henley store and was instantly greeted and helped by John. Nothing was too much for John and hes made the process seamless & easy, and was always patient despite my husband and I changing our minds a few times on which sofa to order! We eventually decided on the Hambledon corner sofa in charcoal & its exactly what we had in mind from the start. Deposit paid and Hambledon now ordered - we cant wait for it to be delivered, and nor can our Labrador, who was very much involved in the decision, since the stores are dog-friendly! Thank you to John, and Alicia, for your brilliant customer service - it always makes such a difference.

        Myself and my wife visited the Henley store today and were greeted by Nick. He was so informative, we browsed the store and on making our decision he helped us with colour, style and material choice to suit our needs. Nick listened to our requests, gave us plenty of time and no way did we feel pressured. Thank you Nick. To anybody wanting to buy a British made sofa please visit the Henley-On-Thames store and talk to Nick and the team, we are chuffed to bits that we did.

        Great showroom, choice & extensive range of lovely quality fabrics. We had a modular Wadenhoe in a Linara linen fabric. It allowed us to have the size and arrangement for a corner sofa that was perfect for our space and we hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Customer service was responsive, un-pushy & they went above and beyond to help. A year later we still love our sofa and the fabric and cushions are still great
