Give Mr Bernnet a raise. Obviously Im joking, it would be unwise to give an unprofessional and incompetent member of staff/Governor a bonus. Give Mr Nash a raise and instate him a headteacher, effective immediately.

I attended gillott's school some years ago and I can remember my induction day,as clear as day. I left that evening believing that I could conquer the world. The sports facilities were amazing and I played cricket for Oxfordshire County and football for my county also. Overall I left with 8 gcse and an a* in sport. Amazing school, amazing teacher's well recommended
