        We have been very pleased with the attention that we have had from Common Ground since we employed the company to manage our small communal estate. During the last sixteen months it has been a really testing time for any business, but Common Ground have still been attentive to any problems that we might have had during various COVID-19 lockdowns and disruptions to everyday life. We have been dealt with in a very personal and personable manner with our contact, who has managed any concerns in a prompt and efficient way. We can highly recommend this management company.

        We as a Management Company have uses CG after many years of self management. We have a dedicated manager and service providers who do jobs competently and very quickly in an emergency. We find it good value and their portal system works well. Occasionally things fall off the bottom of the list and there was a bit of panic after Grenfell but in general we are happy and I have recommended CG to other man cos.
