        I have been trying to do Post restante all the way up the Thames. Every Post office says they have no idea what it is, messed me around and have been shockingly unprofessional. This post office manager was awesome, she knew exactly what it was, she was super organised, helpful and totally professional and my post arrived without fuss.She has restored my faith in the Post Office.
