        Excellent product- my first one lasted over 20 years. Now on my second - wouldn't change it for the world! Keeps limescale away and looks after the inside of my radiators. Well worth it!!

        Just called them to order a replacement cable and spoke to the most ignorant woman in customer services ever. I just queried the ridiculous postage charge of 3.50 and she said it was what Royal Mail charged, which was a complete lie. It can be sent for less than 1 second class. I said it was excessive and she said, "you don't have to buy it". It is a brilliant product and worth 5 stars but I won't give anybody 5 stars when they speak to me like that. Lucky for them, they are not on Trust Pilot. Service: Water tank installation
