I have never once received my Herbie's order in under 70 minutes even though their website states 30-45 minutes delivery time and we nearly always have to call to chase up the order. The most recent order we waited nearly an hour and 20 mins before calling to chase it up only to be told they "didn't have the order," which we then had to argue and prove even with the order number provided, a confirmation email, and the money removed from the payment card. The food was finally received almost 2 hours after ordering with zero discount offered or even a free garlic bread thrown in. And on top of this, the wrong pizza was delivered, a topping missing from another, and the chicken wings are so cold they feel as though they've been refrigerated? We've let the terrible delivery times slide in the past but this was really the final straw, absolutely apalling. Will not be ordering from here again.
