Alyth is a very supportive and considerate teacher. She takes the time to understand any constraints and injuries and gives alternative options so classes can be enjoyed by beginners and more advanced attendees. It's a very welcoming atmosphere. I always feel better after each class.

I attended Alyths classes for over 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed them. The classes were welcoming, varied, tailored to individual needs, experience and abilities. I joined ABC pilates due to balance problems due to surgery to remove a Non malignant tumour. I found the class really boosted my confidence and did help me take control of my body . I am very grateful to Alyth for her encouragement and kindness much needed .

I have been attending Alyth's classes for over 2 years and can highly recommend her as an excellent and experienced teacher. The classes are varied with different equipment, and Alyth gives everyone individual attention and encouragement so they can progress at their own rate.

Alyth is a wonderful instructor, she always tailors the exercises to my individual needs and has been very supportive in helping me work on my back problems. I highly recommend her.
