Naughty Mutt Nice

Have been taking my Border Terrier to be regularly hand striped for almost 2 years now. He always looks fantastic and he clearly enjoys the experience with them. Faultless service!

We have been bringing our Westie to NMN since a Puppy and we always receive fantastic service and also very pleased with his groom. Alfie definitely feels very comfortable with all the staff and never hates going to the groomers. Definitely recommend NMN!

Bad experience, very rude staff. Tried to charge more without any warning as my completely lovely 15 month border terrier had been difficult for his hand strip. a) This was not communicated beforehand- just put on total without warning or explanation b) when questioned they said he is a badly behaved dog that bites (he is not- but he clearly had been reactive from fear) & c) they said it had taken extra time hence the charge but this was a lie- it had taken less time than they predicted! Would still have paid the extra charge for my dog if they had explained properly and hadnt been so rude. They also told me I should have him stripped every 8 weeks which is wrong. Very upsetting experience.
