        Tried to use a energy credit voucher. Showed the desk clark the voucher BEFORE he topped up my key. Only to find out that they now use (which is key) PayZone and not Pay Point. The boss is reasonable however, I am now down 66 which I will have to pay out right. Not happy. The desk clerk should have read the voucher first, BEFORE topping up my key, and asked for payment BEFORE topping up my key. Not happy at all...

        Reasonably nice staff, mostly out of their depth when things go wrong. And they do. The newspaper delivery is pretty reliable, but the monthly bills would make a chartered accountant weep or giggle. Computer accounts by Edward Lear.
