Well in Mind

Clare treated my child when we discovered they had been suffering with depression and anxiety. It was a very worrying time but Clare helped enormously and it meant they could return to university with coping strategies in place should they have a wobble. My child felt very comfortable talking to Clare and knows that they can contact her if they ever need to. The fact that they are doing really well is a testament to Clare and her therapy skills.

Claire did four hypnotherapy sessions with me to combat stress, which I had never tried before. She is very empathetic and a good listener. I immediately warmed to her. I was able to relax during the hypnotherapy and found listening back to the recordings very calming. It has helped me manage my stress and not to have such high expectations of myself. Ive had Hypnotherapy before and know the benefits of this wonderful therapy. Past life regression is something that Ive looked at previously but for me trust in the therapist has always prevented me from trying it. My path crossed Clares through mutual interest and Ive now had two amazing past life regressions with her. Clare is very professional and knowledgable and has a sense of calmness about her. Her approach is gentle and at the clients pace. I felt confident and very protected in her presence and trusted her from the off set. The healing that has happened has been truly life changing.
