Pets Corner

This shop has been a breath of fresh air into Henley-on-Thames. Not only is it hugely accessible, located just off the Waitrose car park but the staff are extremely helpful and the products are high end and are exciting e.g. Doggie mince pies and multiple different flavoured bones - as well as dog collar engraving on site.

Absolutely outstanding, every time. I visited the store in Henley today and was kinda lost looking for something to keep my arse of a cat occupied. I initially spoke to Ollie, asking about the difference between two toys and his knowledge was incredible. It helped that he had a cat of his own, but his honesty and tested experience was a game changer. Ruuf absolutely loves what Ollie suggested, although I was hugely dubious! Id previously, on a separate occasion asked about different cat foods and his professional, but friendly advice was invaluable. It was Ollie and Susie on the counter today, and the way they interacted with customers, most importantly their dogs (!) - did the company proud. Susie displayed a huge amount of professionalism when she asked about whether the dog had any allergies before giving the dog a treat, having asked the owner if she could first. These guys are a credit to the store and deserve to be praised for the genuine and thoughtful customer service they provide. Ruuf says thank you too
