I first went to the shop 2 weeks ago to ask about a tennis racket I was interested in. After some helpful advice I asked if he had any limited editions in stock as I particularly liked these colours. He did not. He said he would string the racket for free if bought a racket from him, or it was 30 if I just wanted one strung. Therefore, unable to buy in store, I bought the racket online and came back to the shop once it had arrived to take up the offered service of restringing for 30. Unfortunately I was surprisingly met with a very hostile greeting by the owner stating I was taking the piss out of him for buying a racket online instead of in store, and expecting him to string it for me. I was fairly shocked by this as of course I did not mean to insult him or cause any offence to his business. I intended on using his offered services for strings and wraps, for this racket he had not had in stock, and for rackets potentially in the future as he was so helpful in the first place. He eventually refused to string the racket and said he does not need my business. Very disappointed in such poor customer service and attitude. I certainly wouldnt recommend.

Great Friendly, flexible service. Support this shop, Alan will always help on price within reason as he appreciates he is up against web prices etc.
