        It did take four of them and 20 minutes to change my headlight bulb once. Also, from a personal point of view, they do tend to say they will call back , but never do.

        AVOID - there is a reason they have MOT'S available..These guys are scammers especially if you are a woman. Expect to pay a substantial "female charge". They were charging 145 for a "special part", the exact same shock absorber that was available online for 38. Then they tried to charge 90 for an hours labour when the job only took 10 mins, they said the minimum they can charge is for half an hour 45. They are owned by Good Year and I can't believe that they would allow such discrimination against women to happen in one of their franchise garages. ****Update Over 4 weeks later, even after the garage comment below and sending an email. Still no sign of a reply. Only a comment to try and massage the reviews!

        I had to get a last minute MOT done on my classic car at HiQ Henley last summer. It escalated into some major welding work to get it through the MOT, but Toby was more than happy to take on the welding work and some other bits to get it through the MOT. Excellent communication throughout from the manager David and the rest of the team at HiQ Henley.
