I came to Kiera complaining of years of lower back pain, but since following the specific programme she gave me, I'm feeling stronger and able to stand for much longer periods of time. She evaluated the issue area and made some slight adjustments, allowing me to understand the reasoning behind my pain. If you're looking for no-nonsense, clear and professional advice then I highly recommend paying her a visit.
