Jason Appleby particularly and the team at Knight Frank in Henley on Thames generally were at all times very professional, approachable and supportive. Thanks to their efforts and willingness to work with us during a purchase which was not without some difficulties we managed to complete on our new home with which are very pleased. Jason in particular kept in regular contact with my wife and I and between us we managed to resolve a number of difficult issues which thanks to him resulted in success. We have used Matt for a number of years to sell our development properties. From the start of the process he understands the type of buyer we wish to find and will undertake the viewings with suitable buyers. He will keep us informed of the progress and chase buyers and the solicitors and reports back with progress even if there is none. His ability to communicate effectively, his diplomatic and negotiating skills are first class. I can highly recommend him.
