        Customer service is terrible. I had a pump fail and cause a leak within the warrant period, after contacting customer services, who firstly tried to get out of their obligation by saying it was incorrectly installed (it wasnt) finally conceded and ask for the unit to be sent back and a replacement sent out, that was 2020, and I still waiting despite chasing. AVOID

        Phoned with a question, helpful call answerer transferred me to maintenance, answered in 2 rings, he couldnt answer question so said he'd get a colleague to ring back. Less than 5 mins later, I got the call and question answered

        I am fitting a Stuart-Turner 2 bar pump in my house after the existing one I fitted 31 years ago has started to get slightly unreliable so after 2-3 showers a day I thank them for a well made piece of equipment . ADL.
