Vapour Flow Limited

Returned faulty unit and after a two month wait told I have damaged the unit. Reason for the delay is an office move and someone had left the company. All very odd. Direct or says it my fault in rude emails and that only option is to buy a new unit, with a 30% reduction. Avoid Vapour Flow Limited at all costs. Will need to take them to court if they don't find a reasonable solution. Unit not even 12 months old. Again if I could leave zero I would. Not a happy customer.

Have received really positive condensation solution and good service, a problem occurred and a new updated WAD Inline was sent to me as a replacement, slight delay as they had a Company move, this is a better unit with an internal filter, recommend this Company's products and solutions, John

Following a recommendation from Heritage House, Vapour Flow installed several fans for us throughout our house. They have made a tremendous difference to our basement, in particular, having resolved the issues we had previously with condensation and dampness. The installers were friendly and did a good job and Ray has been very responsive when answering my queries and with resolving an issue with one of the fans. Not cheap but the results so far have been very good.

If only I could give 0 I would. Fell for the Heritage House video, obviously affiliated in some way. Fans don't work, save your money. They are not even compliant with building regulations! The Wad extracts less than half what a bathroom fan is supposed to extract! They don't tell you everything, like you need to download the app, oh wait a minute what phone model have you got. It's the wrong type. Fans are supposed to adapt to the environment in about two weeks, well it didn't happen after 2 months. Then the director emailed me kept making excuses and finally told me I had the wrong grid. Asked him a picture of the correct one and he sent me a picture of my grid, just enlarged. Stay away, save your money. I spent over 1 k, fans are eating energy up like crazy. I can't stop them and now will pay someone to change them. Check the FB page, the only positive review is from the director!

I have had a truly terrible experience with this company. With their agreement, I returned a bluray fan which my surveyor told me would not resolve the damp in my home. The fan had been completely untouched but Vapour Flow claimed it had been used and had parts missing, and that they would therefore not be issuing a refund. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in terms of integrity, and suggested there must have been a mix up their end, but they continued to insist I had done something I absolutely had not done. I would urge real caution if you are considering using this company. I remain very distressed by their amoral stance and their attack on my honesty. All I have left after dealing with this company is my knowledge of my own integrity and a seriously compromised bank balance.
