We found the team at THP to be extremely efficient, professional and yet approachable. Our house sale went through without hinderance today. Indeed, things have gone smoothly from day 1. The team, in particular - we worked with Kathryn, Denise and Jessica - always got back to us promptly and nothing was too difficult/too much for them. We have just used THP Solicitors for the conveyancing on our house sale and purchase I have to say that Denise was absolutely brilliant. She always made us feel like we were her only client, despite her massive workload. Our purchase was super-complicated with various split land registry titles without her, the purchase would have not gone forward. Fantastic service from Denise Stradling who stood by us in our bumpy journey for buying our first house. Denise was always prompt in answering any enquiries and offered specialized advice that suited our needs. As we are writing this review we are drinking our Sunday morning coffee from our new house sunny living room and we couldn't be more grateful for all the support we were offered from this amazing conveyancer.
