        Order placed on a Wednesday and installed the following Monday. The guys came round and installed the fiber where I asked it to come into the house, they were polite, and I couldn't ask for more.

        Massive thanks to Jake and Theo for their quick and clean installation today. Faced with the original broadband route being inaccessible, they quickly overcame this with a solution which is neat and nicely hidden so we dont have wires all over the place; you cant even tell that they had to dig in the front garden to insert the connection! Super friendly, moved furniture back to where it needed to be and left the place tidy. Explained everything thoroughly too.
