Rupert offers an incredible service and his knowledge of the body the way it moves and works is absolutely astounding. I arrived with a back injury, unable to bend, sit or stand still but within 10 weeks I was repaired and able to function correctly. With some regular follow-up treatments I am now standing, walking and running better than ever before! The gentle and professional approach adopted by Rupert using Photobiomodulation Therapy is great and I cant recommend him highly enough.

I try to respond to my rowing coaches instructions as they persuade me to adopt a form as close to neutral as possible, but sadly, little changes. I have developed a bad posture as a result of falling off a galloping horse some 30 years ago. So why neutral you may ask? A neutral form leads to greater efficiency and gives you more power for less effort. In a 2000m race the most efficient boat will win. This is where Rupert comes in with his accumulated knowledge, clinical skills and 21st century technology in the form of Photobiomodulation Therapy to improve my form. My fractured spine had healed but was stiff and immobile on the left lower lumbar area, translating in to a tendency to lean. Well you can imagine the distortion this put on my structure and how that translated into the running of the boat. Now 18 months on my spine moves like it did before my accident and I feel much more comfortable: I enjoy and benefit from my exercise classes and my rowing coaches key tips; the boat positively gurgles along and so do I, with pleasure. Thank you so much Rupert
