This is a great store especially the customer service is immaculate and especially Ella the lovely girl with the beautiful smile and luxurious thighs was very welcoming, so was everyone else. the young girl Maddie that passed gas right next to me, it really shows how open and welcoming they are. Another POOR and NOT GREAT customer experience at Henley superdrug. i would like to know how your managers or your HQ train the staff and tell them that when a customer gives them some money, irrelevant of the amount, it is an income, a simple thank you sir or goodbye goes a long way. I am so tired of that store and young persons not understanding the most basic of customer service. do they realise that without customers their store would close and no more job? irrelevant of how much you spend, thank you is the most simple thing to say. just so poor, and not the first time... really tired of that. and Henley Superdrug is not the only one, Amersham store is even worse. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and those young persons need to learn to say thank you.

Good prices on mist products although shelves were somewhat empty due to deliveries!
