        I joined ADVHQ a couple of months ago and it was the best decision. What Lubbs, Rose and the team have created is fantastic. Every session is different and fun, the coaches get to know you and how to get the best out of you, and the community of squaddies are supporting and encouraging. I have a long way to go to get my fitness levels back but I feel I am in the very best place with the very best people helping me. Thanks so much!

        Ive been coming for nearly a year, it never gets boring, always fresh. No looking back, stronger, fitter and all positive. Great to access yoga & pilates aswell as training.

        ADVHQ is as far from your average gym as you could get! The team here have created a unique atmosphere in which you will genuinely love being active. Every week day is varied, each session differs from the next. You will be greeted with a smile and encouraged to get the best out of yourself, all whilst training alongside a lovely bunch of friendly people. Theres no better start to the day!
