F45 Training Henley-on-Thames

Really enjoying F45. Team are very welcoming and encouraging. A thorough workout with lots of guidance and support from an experienced team of trainers. I highly recommend F45 - once you try youll be addicted!

I won't tell you how great F45 is because I'm sure you already know. I will say two things about the crew in Henley. First, the people who work out there are great. Very welcoming to newcomers and friendly. But even more importantly, the owners are truly invested in creating a great environment. During my first two week trial period, I came down with an illness and missed 8 days. Most gyms (in my experience) would say, "so sorry... trial is over. Here's our membership agreement." But Jack and Gemma started my trial over. They run a great gym, but they are even better people.

So friendly, non judgemental, happy to move to your skill level. I did this for a few months and really enjoyed it, looking to start back up again.
