        Fitness Space is not only an awesome gym, super close to the train station, town and taxi ranks (not to mention the beautiful Henley river) but is also a really genuine, welcoming and warm space full of friendly and knowledgeable faces. If you love classes, there are plenty to choose from at great times (early and also late into the evening) but if you prefer to use equipment or personal training, thats really easy too. Theres even a brand new sunbed, massage therapists (sports, lymphatic and relaxing) and plenty of social events. Jo & Dermot have built a genuinely enjoyable space to be in, with no judgement and lots of support - even when theyre pushing you for that final rep that you cant wait to finish! Absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else!

        Great gym with lovely, easy to talk to owners and a fab set of trainers! There's a wide range of cardio based as well as weights focussed classes to choose from. The highlight of my work from home days! And like that they do socials as well.
