        The perfect little spot to get exercise in. Its small and efficient, has what is needed for a great workout and the staff (especially Freddie) are all so incredible and welcoming. Its also very convenient to get to, has ample parking and really clean shower facilities.

        Been visiting the soft tissue specialist after suffering a stroke and heart attack.. And the man has bought some feeling and sensation back in to my right leg and foot... Bit of a long haul but prepared for the battle.... The man's a legend in his own right....
