Very bad service, they send you to call, after you call they tell you that a doctor will call you, and the doctor never calls. I really think they don't want to work, and the secretariats are very arrogant, they are not kind.

I got crushed by a dairy cow when I was 15 and I still have problems with my ribcage and spine 16 years/almost 17 years later. I get fobbed off with painkillers. no actual treatment for the problems and one of them told me I was inventing things. not impressed at all. I'd rather go to a vet. atleast I might get my health problems looked at and sorted out there. might actually get treated like my health problems are as serious as they are. every single doctor I have ever met has been no help. been suicidal. still am. attempted it more than once. no support at all. not that "therapy" or talking about any of it would make it better. remembering it just hurts more. only the ambulance and RBH staff cared enough to do something about it. I'd rather just not see any human again.

The G.Ps have looked after my health for over 56 years and my families for even longer. We have all been extremely happy with the medical care we have received during this time. When my brother and father passed away on two separate occasions. Several members of the medical staff telephone and passed on their condolences. We were very moved that they had taken the time out of the busy working days to do this. My work means I meet patients on a day basis and many of them are very negative about their G.P surgeries over Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We have never had issues with obtaining appointments at the Hart surgery. The Hart G.P have always worked to a level of excellence and fell they had are best interests at heart. The admin staff are also very helpful and caring. We honestly feel very lucky to have them.
