        Switched to this surgery a few months ago and have visited several times for an ongoing issue, the practice have failed to take my problem seriously despite stressing the pain that I was in, so found my self no longer reporting my symptoms as I knew I wasn't being taken seriously. The receptionists are considerably dismissive and cold so will be changing practices.
