        Exceptionally friendly and great customer service. Suzi went out of her way to assist both myself and other customers, helping with shopping, carrier bags and finding items to save time. Brilliant atmosphere in this well stocked local store

        MISLEADING SERVICES. They say they're a Hermes drop off point, but refuse to take parcels. Not the first time this has happened to me at this branch. Sign still outside offering the service. Wasted another 20min return car journey. Message to One Stop Henley - Don't offer and promote a service that you can't facilitate. Don't bother dropping your parcels off there.
